Can you manufacture from a physical sample?

Yes. We reverse-document the sample — connectors, wire, pinout — and return a drawing pack for your approval before building.

Can you identify unknown connectors?

Usually from clear photos with a scale reference; always from a physical sample.

What files are required for a quote?

Ideally a drawing, pinout and BOM — but photos and a description are enough to start an engineering review.

Can you source connectors and terminals?

Yes — genuine JST, Molex, TE, Hirose and others through Shenzhen's supply chain, with brands confirmed in writing.

Do you support low-volume production?

Yes — small runs are a core service, not an exception.

What is the typical prototype lead time?

It depends on connector availability — we confirm a date with the quote rather than promise a blanket number.

What cable testing is available?

Continuity, electrical, hi-pot and pull-force testing, plus custom fixtures where the spec calls for them.

Which Incoterms do you ship under?

EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Hong Kong, or DDP to your dock — agreed on the quote, not after.

What are your payment terms?

T/T — typically a deposit with balance at shipment for new customers; NET terms for established repeat production.

Can you manufacture custom pinouts?

Yes — pinouts are confirmed in the drawing pack and verified by continuity testing.

Can you provide overmolding?

Yes, including custom tooling; we'll advise when a molded part justifies its tooling cost.

Can you support repeat production orders?

Yes — approved documentation is kept under revision control so reorders match the last approved article.

Can you use customer-specified connector brands?

Yes — specified brands are sourced as specified, never silently substituted.

How are engineering changes managed?

By written revision: change, cost and schedule impact confirmed before anything is built to the new rev.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes — worldwide by courier or freight, with export documentation handled.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — yours or ours, before any drawings change hands.

Who owns custom tooling, like overmold tools?

You do. Customer-paid tooling is customer property, documented in the quote, and never used for another customer.

What if parts arrive defective?

Report the nonconformance and we repair, replace or credit — handled with a documented corrective-action response, not a shrug.
