We work closely with an established manufacturing supplier in Shenzhen: we take the requirement, coordinate the technical questions, quote the work, and hold the schedule and the accountability from a US-based point of contact.

We work closely with our manufacturing supplier, but we are not its subsidiary, its US office, or its authorized representative. Your contract is with Shenzhen Cable. The supplier holds ISO 9001 certification; we do not hold it ourselves, and certification documents can be requested with a quotation.
