A kiosk, vending machine, commercial kitchen appliance or cleaning machine is a cabinet of modules from different makers: display, payment terminal, motors, sensors and a control board. The harness has to fit each module’s connector and the cabinet’s routing, the same way in every unit. Heat, moisture and cleaning-chemical exposure are confirmed before it is built.
What commercial equipment makers need
Kiosk and terminal harnesses
Power and data leads between the display, touch panel, printer, scanner and host board, routed to your enclosure drawing.
Payment and peripheral cables
USB, serial and power leads to card readers, bill and coin units and other third-party modules, terminated to each module’s connector.

Motor, solenoid, door-switch and sensor wiring for dispensing mechanisms, with labeled branches for assembly and service.

Heater, fan, pump and probe leads; insulation and sleeving chosen for the temperatures and wash-down conditions you specify.

Battery, motor, pump and control wiring for floor-care machines; moisture and chemical exposure confirmed before the jacket is chosen.
Power entry and distribution
Power-inlet, switch, fuse and internal supply wiring, using wire and components with the approvals you specify.

Commercial equipment is assembled in volume and serviced in the field. These details are confirmed before a harness is quoted.
